This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed.
Je me permets de vous dire que j ai été très déçue par cet appartement J avais l habitude de passer par vous et vous me proposiez à l époque un appartement qui correspondait bien aux photos et au prix Là vous m aviez prévenue pour le ravalement mais avec zéro réduction L immeuble est terriblement bruyant et on entendait les voisins du dessus dans toute leur actions (toilettes/pas/douches/voix/ meubles déplacés ) ce qui devrait être pris en compte dans le tarif.pour moi ça élimine ! Ensuite oreillers nuls, matelas limites, draps pas ajustés et style moderne pas en lien avec le reste de l appartement /traces de doigts gras sur les placard s’/odeur humidité et moucherons en quantité Pour finir loue avec un parking extrêmement compliqué d accès heureusement j avais une petite voiture ! Je n ai Pas l habitude de râler , mon historique vous le démontrera mais là cela ne vaut pas du tout 400 euros pour 2 nuits ! Bien cordialement Flore Dufau

Appartement idéalement situé face au lac
L'appartement bénéficie d'une bonne situation face au lac et à seulement 10mn à pieds du centre.
Néanmoins, l'état de certains équipements en particulier dans la salle de bain seraient à revoir (poignée de douche, pommeau de douche écaillé et coupant, fuites parois de douche...). Dans la cuisine l'équipement est au minimum et assez désuet.
Une des deux chambres mériterait la mise en place de rideaux occultants pour ne pas être réveillé à 6h du matin...
