About this property

1-Mile from Conley Bottom's ramp

Easy access on level ground for unloading & loading. More than enough space for adequate parking for cars/trucks & boats.
This house is a single story house on just over 1/3 of an acre.
It features a screened in front porch & back deck that overlooks a pond. Conveniently located 1 mile away from the Conley Bottom boat ramp.
Please, be advised, this house is on a septic tank. Nothing goes into the toilet other than human waste & toilet paper. No food or grease down drains.
Living room & dining room areas offer an open-air concept w/ cathedral ceilings.
Family room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, 2-recliners, & a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, this room has a sliding glass door to isolate it from the rest of the house.
Dinning room has a large rectangle table & a round table is located in kitchen area. Both tables have four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped w/ the following: a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker & filtered water, stove, & microwave, a Keurig combo coffee maker, 2-crock pots, a mixer, dishes, glasses, utensils, & pots & pans are available. Dish towels & dish clothes are provided. In addition, dish & hand soap are provided.
A large charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking. Please, bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, towels, wash clothes, & hand towels provided.
An electric 30-gallon hot water tank has enough hot H2o for a full 10-minute shower. You may extended this by using the flow reducer on the shower head. Please, allow for recovery time between showers. Additional showers facilities are available at the dock free at no charge.
2 Bedrooms w/ queen size beds & a queen size sleeper sofa in the Tv/family room area. Bedding is provided for the 2-beds & the sleeper sofa.
Additional space in living room for your own air mattress is available. Please, bring the appropriate size bedding.
No laundry facilities are available on this site. Laundry facilities may be available at the campground. However, there is a laundry mat in town.
A $25.00 fee for every person over 6.
I will only put out enough towels for 6 guests.
Please, be respectful to the property & to the community members. Remember, cigarette butts are litter.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all windows are locked. Text "GONE" to my number, please.
Leave used beds unmade.
Remove all trash & place in dumpster. Make sure firepit is extinguished.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Septic tank in use. No flushable wipes &/or sanitary items flushed. All these types of items must be placed in the trash.
All trash must be placed in bags & tied up. Place bags in can. Trash pick up is on Monday & Friday mornings.
No food or grease to be placed down sink drain.

The home is very clean a suited our needs perfectly! We spent most of our time during the day at/on the lake which is a quick 2 minute drive to Conley Bottom Marina. The evenings were spent here at the house where our family of four had plenty of room to relax and play games after a long day at the lake.

This is sooo convenient to where we moor our boat. Nice towels, lots of room, well appointed kitchen! Small suggestions could be a bath mat, clothes dryer or rack to hang wet things on. We hope to be back!

My father was from this area. We've always had a summer home here. I have been visiting the Conley Bottom area since the early 1960's. My parents were avid boaters and built this home in 1980 as a weekend retreat and their primary retirement residence.

Easy access & plenty of parking for boats & trucks. Level ground for loading & unloading. Nice home, 1 mile from marina, & near the end of the street.
