Nice cottage for trip to Brevard

Nice base camp for our trip to Brevard. Quiet location near several other rentals. Brevard is a beautiful area. Only draw back was tiny ants were prevalent in the kitchen which made food storage limited to the fridge.

Perfect for our getaway

Our check-in was seamless, entry was simple, and the host family communicated quickly and kindly. The property was close to others yet private with fences, good window coverings and great space. Hosts left basic amenities in the house with the kitchen well stocked with basic cooking needs.

Summer Birthday Trip

My husband and I came to Brevard to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday. This cottage was so cute and cozy! My husband actually ran into the owner who was working on a property across the street. He was extremely friendly, and the property they were working on looked like it was going to be very nice as well. The cottage had everything we could have hoped for. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Overall it was a wonderful trip, and this cottage would be perfect for a couple, small family, or group of friends. We hope to be back again soon!

Perfect mountain getaway!

We live in Key West, FL and always look for a quiet mountain escape for vacation. This little cottage was perfect for us to relax and recharge. We especially loved the hot tub after our long days of hiking! Communication with the owners was always quick and efficient. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Long weekend

Location was not desirable: potholes in road, abandoned house, construction work. Cabin was fine. Perhaps more comfortable seating in living room would improve stay.

Thank you for your review. The neighbors house is not abandoned. The house is completely finished inside with new roof.. They are in the process of moving in. We are sorry that the feel of the area is not desirable due the landscaping from the neighbor but this will be fixed in near future. In the living room we have brand new leather sofa and new dining table.. Both are expensive pieces not sure what to improve there. Its comfortable to us and everybody else so far! We are still appreciated that you stayed with us and wishing the best!
