Secluded Rustic Seasonal Seneca Lake Cottage Overlooking the Lake

A seasonal rustic cottage that was an early 1900s hunting cabin surrounded by woods and lake views.
There are multiple windows and glass doors giving you the sense that you are one with your surroundings.
The cottage is perched between two ravines. The path to the lake leads you into the ravine to the south.In Spring and after rain storms the water cascades through the falls.

There is a second story sleeping porch for those who want to be "en pleine air" day and night. There is a 385+ft beachfront that is shared with the Lake House but no one else. There are no neighbors to the north and only one to the south of the beach.

There are 2 canoes,2 kayaks,1 paddle boat, hammock, lawn chairs, fire pit and boat dock. You can fish off the dock but you need a fishing license.

I moved to the area in1987 after growing up in the inner city. I fell in love with the quiet and beauty of Seneca Lake. The tranquility revives me within minutes of being on the lake. I don't get to the Lake as often as I would like but it gives me great pleasure to share the experience with others.

There are minimal modern conveniences and distractions in the cottage but instead, beautiful surroundings and wildlife. If this is what you are looking for, this is the place for you.

What makes this property unique

Privacy, nature, wonderful sunrise and view . Beach has a dock and extensive seating w/ shaded area. Canoes, kayaks and paddle boat available for guests. Great for swimming and fishing.
