This beautiful home features comfort like you've never experienced before. Extremely close proximity to Walt Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios. Large smart TVs and an XBox One with preloaded games. You will be spoiled in the large temperature controlled Game Room where you can enjoy a game of Pool or Air Hockey. Never have laundry worries as this home features two front loading HE washers and dryers. You’ll be amazed on how fast the laundry can be done so you can have fun on your vacation.

The comfort does not stop there. There is a large Roku smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Themed Moana and Stitch youth bedrooms. There are lots of board and card games and children books.

The kitchen and dining area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and dining table. The open concept home is ideal for families or groups of friends. You will be able to keep an eye on everyone easily.

Step out to our pool and spa area. The large covered and screened lanai and pool deck is awesome to enjoy anytime of year. You will enjoy the heated pool/spa while basking in the Florida Sunshine.

After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure.

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was close to every thing including the Orlando Covention Center where we went to watch our daughters dance nationals and all the Disney parks we enjoyed with her and our grandsons and their parents. We would definitely recommend this house.

We are a family of 7 who stayed. Rental was great for us. Clean, great location next to Disney and lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Quiet resort during our visit. We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. The hosts were very communicative and responded to all of our inquiries in a very timely manner. We had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean and spacious and offered everything we could need. It was a very close drive to the Disney parks which was also very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the screened in pool in the back as it was incredibly hot when we were there and we used it often. The double washer and dryer was also very convenient for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Orlando Magic

This property was phenomenal! We had plenty of space and lots to keep us occupied. The property was exactly as listed, very clean, and everything we hoped it would be. Location was great and near everything in/near Disney. We all felt very safe. The resort was lots of fun, water slides and pools very clean, and it was so nice to be able to go to our private pool/hot tub whenever we wanted. The pool table got lots of use. The bedrooms were spacious and very soft comfortable beds, with lots of pillows. We can’t wait to plan our next trip and will definitely be coming back!

Nice house. Close to Disney

We had a nice stay. The house was big enough for our group and clean. The proximity to the parks was great too. Most days it was only about 15 minutes. Having a pool was nice as well. They also have a lot of tech in the house such as USB chargers which make things easier to charge devices. The rooms have Rokus as well so you can sign into your steaming which is nice too. The check in process was good. They sent over all of the check in info and door codes ahead of time so I had all the info I needed to access the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a great 8 night stay at this home. We have stayed at several homes in Windsor Hills, and this was our favorite. We love the proximity to Disney parks. Even on the busiest days such as New Year’s Eve it never took us longer then 10-15 minutes to get to a park. There is also a Walmart down the road to pick up groceries for your stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 9— we had 3 park days and on our days off we relaxed in the pool at the house and also the resort pool. For being January, the house pool was heated very well and we also enjoyed the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided with ample kitchen supplies and cookware. The hosts were great communicators and provided us with all the instructions we needed to check in and out of the home. We look forward to staying again the next time we travel to Disney.

Very clean, and in a great area

We come to the Kissimmee area 2-3 times per year, and rent houses. This house was very clean, and in a very nice location within a gated community (Windsor Hills). The community was nice, and had a splash pad, and waterslide area for kids, along with playgrounds throughout. The owners, Melissa and Anne were very responsive. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pool towels. Everything is labeled in the house, which made it easy to navigate. There were only a couple of downsides. The thermostat was locked, and could only be adjusted down to 73 degrees. It made sleeping at night a little warm and uncomfortable. The door out to the pool had an alarm that beeped, and was loud, even though the pool area had a child gate. There was not a grill available for this property. The pool area needs a little TLC, but otherwise was good. We spent much of our time outside in the pool area. Overall, this house is very nice. It seems as though the owners (Melissa and Anne) are engaging, and care about the stay of guests.

Great Home - clutter free/pet free!!!!!!

The house was great. We were barely there except to sleep and shower. It was such a joy to have the pool table/air hockey and WASHER! The pool looked great but we never used it. The home was clutter free, so organized and everything was labeled. Loved it. Plenty of silverware/dishes/mugs for everyone. Finally, it was so clean! I am a clean freak and super picky. Not one complaint.My only two negatives would be that (1) there was no house number. We tried to get into the wrong home and (s) one of the bathroom doors did not lock (Stitch room), the shower door of the en suite with the walk in closet was messed up and none of the bathroom exhaust fans worked. Just needs a little maintenance.

Beautiful home! Wonderful hosts!

You can tell this property is run by premier hosts. The property was very clean and updated. We loved it. The pool heat was great. The hot tub was a true hot tub that got much warmer than the pool which is often not the case in Orlando. Often it is only a spa that stays the same temperature as the pool.

The perfect home!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this home. In addition to it being superbly clean, the design and layout is perfect for a big family. There was plenty of space for everyone and every room has its own bathroom which we found especially nice. The game room has an a/c which is not something I have seen in other vacation homes. So on those hot sweltering days you can have some reprieve from the heat while enjoying the game room. The pool was the perfect size. The home is part of a larger resort that has an associated clubhouse and water park which my family enjoyed. We also took walks in the neighborhood and felt very safe. My family and I kept talking about how we could see ourselves living here--thats how much we loved it. Absolutely everything was perfect and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
