The geographical location of this villa is perfect for discovering Provence, its villages, its markets as well as the entrance to the A7 motorway 10 minutes away.
The house is composed of a main room of 70 square metres with a fitted kitchen and a living-dining room, a pretty stone wall and a fireplace give a warm look to the whole. When you are in the dining room, a bay window allows you to access a bioclimatic pergola that can be totally open or closed depending on the weather, a small cocooning corner to read, chat or have a drink. Through the kitchen you access the main terrace of 35 square metres which overlooks the swimming pool, it is equipped with a large electric blind, a barbecue, its large table and it is decorated with palm trees.
