On the second floor of the main building is the sleeping area. The modern kitchen and a spacious dining room are on the first floor. Guests can enjoy an impressive wellness area with an embedded hydro-massage pool, relax zone, fitness, steam bath and Finnish sauna. The first floor of the second building houses a living room and a wine bar. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. A wine and olive oil tasting room is on the first floor of the third building. On the second floor there is an activity room with pool table and darts. The large pool as well as playground equipment for your children can be found in the courtyard. In addition, there are small soccer goals and a grassy area for volleyball and badminton. A bicycle storage room is also available. Nearby you will find a 14 km long bike path, it will lead you through the unique nature of this region. By arrangement with the owner, a number of services, such as catering, massages or excursions, are organized for a fee. Enjoy the beautiful view of the green countryside. Visit the artist town of Labin, with proud Renaissance and Baroque palaces, steep alleys and many idyllic corners that make the old town a prime example of an Istrian castle town.
