Rent from Sunday to Sunday and avoid the traffic jams of the usual Saturday rental turnovers.

This beautiful, oversized Cape Cod has a beachy decor with a flight of whimsy. Located just 5 houses off the beach, this spot is ideal for anyone.

On the first floor you will find the living room (with smart TV), kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with washer/dryer and 2 bedrooms each w/cable TV (queen size bed in one room and two twin size beds in the next room). A beverage area has also been added to make your favorite hot/iced coffee and keep your beer and wine ice cold.

On the second floor you will find a 1/2 bathroom and 2 large bedrooms each w/cable TV . One bedroom has 3 twin beds; the second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 queen size bed. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, high speed multi charging station and wireless outdoor speaker have been recently added.

The backyard is spacious & inviting with an arbor for grape growing and a beautiful garden for you to enjoy! The back deck is ground level and the large outdoor table comfortably seats 10 adults. There is a clothes line where you can hang those sandy beach towels and an outdoor shower w/changing room. 10 beach badges (a $450.00 value) are included in your weekly rental for your convenience and you are required to leave the badges upon your departure.

No pets allowed and no smoking in the house please.
