The Community House, built in 1917 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has just experienced a studs down renovation and is ready to be enjoyed for the next 100 years. Within the building our gorgeous condo exudes an industrial yet modern vibe with an exposed brick wall and waterfall shower. You are just steps away from cafès, restaurants, boutiques and more.

The property was very clean and well organized. Bed was super comfortable and the fact that it was a downstairs level apartment- it was super quiet- could barely hear anyone above me. I loved that it’s close & convenient travel to everything from shopping, theatre, restaurants, etc… you can literally walk across to the mall. Parking was convenient only steps away from the entrance. The host was very responsive and nice. Will definitely recommend and stay again in the future! Thank you :)

Even though I had a reservation, I had to book a hotel room because the host said she didn't have me on the schedule. She refunded my money, but it was a hassle for sure. My hotel stay was not pleasant which is why I try to stay in VRBO's.

Perfect KSU Gameday weekend getaway!

Perfect little spot for my husband and I to stay over the weekend! Super clean and very nice place! We are getting to old for aggieville super late at night, so love that this place is by poyntz! We loved just relaxing and having drinks at all the restaurants and breweries once aggieville got loud and packed!
