Our beautiful, new apartment, beach villa Baabe 24 - Northern Lights' has about 70 square meters on everything your heart desires. Located close to the beach, this holiday home with sauna and underfloor heating can accommodate up to 6 people.

You can expect a high-quality kitchen with refrigerator, freezer (3 drawers), induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery. Also you are here a coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, blender and spices and tea services / sieve available. In the bright dining area with six chairs and a age appropriate adjustable highchair.

Enjoy quiet hours of relaxation in the sauna. The bathrooms come with shower facilities, a cosmetic mirror with lights and a hair dryer are available. Let the evening entertainment at the fire end or use in the living room, the entertainment media provided. Here you will find a TV (SmartHub with Video on Demand), a stereo system (DAB and Internet radio) and a PS3, allowing you to play it and also Bluray DVD's, CD. Board games and books for adults and children, DVDs and console games are available for you. An Internet access via WLAN is available free of charge.

In two comfortable bedrooms you will find a double bed and wardrobe. In addition, the apartment has a sofa bed with mattress and full-fledged slatted frame.

Other amenities include a washing machine, a clothes horse, iron and ironing board, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner, wiper, 5L bucket, dustpan and broom, as well as local maps available.

Outside, you can enjoy on the balcony with garden furniture the partial sea view. Guests will also find a garden and a barbecue at the house.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen EinschrĂ€nkungen fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene

Alles gut, bis auf zwei Dinge- wir hatten nur einen SchlĂŒssel. Da man diesen braucht um in den Fahrradkeller und von dort in die Tiefgarage zu kommen, sowie den MĂŒll wegzubringen, war es oft eine logistische Herausforderung.- der Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar, da gefĂŒllt mit Reinigungsutensilien.FĂŒr ein zweites Auto konnte kein Parkplatz organisiert werden.Sonst alles top.

Super Unterkunft

Wir haben 4 Tage in der Strandvilla verbracht und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gehoben. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Die Lage hat uns absolut ĂŒberzeugt, wir hatten einen Spielplatz vor der TĂŒr und waren in 2 Gehminuten beim Strand. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Anlage. Die StrandnĂ€he ist optimal. Und wegen der Wellnessangebote mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin in der Fewo werden wir wahrscheinlich im Herbst/Winter noch mal wiederkommen. WLAN ist etwas langsam, was aber nur unseren Junior störte. Die Warnung vor einer zu schmalen Zufahrt fĂŒr SUV in die Tiefgarage ist etwas ĂŒbertrieben. Unser VW Touareg hatte Platz genug. Die Investition in einen Außenparkplatz wĂ€re nicht notwendig gewesen.

1. Urlaub mit Baby

Die Lage der Wohnung war großartig. Die NĂ€he zum Meer & auch der nahegelegene Spielplatz waren gerade fĂŒr uns als Familie super. Die Wohnung war gemĂŒtlich & hatte eine wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Da fehlte es an nichts. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit vom Kinderbett & Kinderstuhl. Das Kinderbett lag oben auf einem Schrank & war völlig verstaubt & veraltet (wir haben unser Kind dann mit uns im Bett schlafen lassen). Auch am Kinderstuhl klebten noch Essensreste vom letzten Nutzer die wir erstmal entfernen mussten. Davon abgesehen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt & wĂŒrden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Große EnttĂ€uschung - Wohnung Nordlicht 24

Wir waren sehr enttĂ€uscht von der Wohnung Nordlicht 24. Wir haben als drei Erwachsene diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht, und in der Beschreibung war nicht zu erkennen, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer eine Abstellkammer ohne richtiges Fenster sein wĂŒrde, in dem man auch tagsĂŒber das Licht anschalten muss. Es war zwar ein Fenster vorhanden, das aber direkt in das Treppenhaus des Hauses ging, und weder Tageslicht noch Frischluft bekam. Außerdem konnten andere GĂ€ste von außen in das Zimmer schauen und das Zimmer wurde abends immer hell erleuchtet, sobald im Treppenhaus das Licht anging. Zum Entspannen und Schalfen im Urlaub absolut nicht geeignet! Hinzu kommt, dass die Matrazen der Betten extrem weich waren und meiner Meinung nach, fĂŒr Personen, die mehr als 20 Kg wiegen, nicht geeignet sind. Ich habe dann zwei Wochen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen und hatte keinerlei PrivatsphĂ€re. Das hat mich und meine Miturlauber sehr eingeschrĂ€nkt und hat uns den Urlaub versaut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch. Die Objektverwalterin war aber absolut unverschĂ€mt und Ă€ußerst frech. Der Preisnachlass von 5% nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, war dreist. Wir wĂŒrden auf gar keinen Fall noch einmal diese Wohnung buchen.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, aber leider zu viel auf engem Raum, so dass teilweise die SchrÀnke nicht nutzbar waren. Auch das Fenster des 2. Schafzimmers zum Treppenhaus ist nicht optimal. Die Ferienwohnung ist jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist super und die Abwicklung hat hervorragend geklappt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage hier im Januar verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist top ausgestattet: Induktionsherd, Tv, Internetradio, BĂŒcher und Spiele, alles da. Das Highlight sind natĂŒrlich die Sauna und die Eckbadewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktion. Check-in und SchlĂŒsselabgabe waren auch sehr einfach. Es wĂ€re schön gewesen, wenn man am Sonntagmorgen etwas spĂ€ter als 10 Uhr auschecken könnte, gerade im Januar. Es war insgesamt sehr wenig los. Aber wir haben auch nicht nachgefragt. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand und an der Promenade mit Bars und Restaurants. Ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas weiter weg gibt es noch grĂ¶ĂŸere SupermĂ€rkte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Im September muss man mit in Baabe auch mal mit schlechten Wetter rechnen. Die Ferienwohnung hat Kamin Sauna und Whirlpool. Haben wir alles genossen. Passt gut zu Wind, Regen und rauer See

Het appartement viel eigenlijk wat tegen. De Wifi functioneerde de helft van de tijd niet en het appartement is erg gehorig. Ook de omgevingsgeluiden waren duidelijk en vroeg hoorbaar! Het mooie weer en de afstand naar het strand vergoedden gelukkig veel en zo hebben we nog een goede vakantie gehad.

Moderne & gemĂŒtliche FeWo in guter Lage

Modern eingerichtete und gemĂŒtliche FeWo. Ideal mit 2 Kindern. Kamin und Sauna machen die Erholung perfekt. Tiefgaragenplatz inklusive war top. Man ist in 2Minuten am Strand. Direkt gegenĂŒber des Hauses ist ein Spielplatz. Das Kinderzimmer hat allerdings das Fenster zum Treppenhaus, sodass wir dieses in der Nacht zu hatten und auch LĂŒften an sich eher ungĂŒnstig war.
