L'annonce n'est en aucun cas mensongère, elle précise bien que c'est un studio cabine donc pas très grand. Contrairement à ce qui est dit par cette locataire de très mauvaise foi, le studio est bien équipé et totalement indépendant de la maison, aucune cloison ni mur mitoyen. En revanche, quand on est fumeur, on ne choisit pas un logement non-fumeur !! Parallèlement je ne suis jamais intrusif, bien au contraire je suis très discret.
La leçon à en tirer: ne jamais accueillir des gens irrespectueux et de mauvaise foi car ils ne parlent pas du fait que cela ne les a pas empêchés de profiter de la piscine et du jardin, sachant en plus que ce sont eux qui ont fait le forcing pour séjourner dans la propriété... un comble !!
