Toujours un emplacement et une vue exceptionnel ! Mais appartement nécessitant un sérieux rafraîchissement ! Le ménage n'était pas fait correctement (sale dans les recoins partout, joints de douche, vitrages). Et à changer : papier peint déchiré dès l'entrée, stores déchirés et inutilisables, matelas du canapé lit, lunettes WC , cuisinière dégradée. Les prestations ne sont plus à la hauteur du prix.

Très agréable appartement. Très bien équipé. Situation exceptionnelle correspondant exactement à nos besoins. Une suggestion : remplacer l'appareil de cuisson avec ses plaques électriques peu performantes ainsi que le store du balcon qui est déchiré et pas très agréable à voir sur un décor magnifique. Parking très appréciable, ainsi que le local vélo. La chambre spacieuse et calme.
