Waterfront Escape with Boat Dock, Fireplace & Stunning Lake Views — Dogs Welcome
Tucked away on a quiet, private cove off Cobbosseecontee Lake, this spacious 4,060-square-foot home is your ideal Maine escape. With three queen bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, 2.5 bathrooms, and more room than you'll know what to do with, it's the perfect place to spread out, slow down, and soak it all in.
Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home. Cook up a feast in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the dining table or head out to the balcony to enjoy your meal with stunning water views. When the evening winds down, curl up by the fireplace, challenge each other to ping pong, or simply settle in and let the quiet of the lake do its thing. The primary bedroom even has a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to sneak in a few hours of remote work.
Stroll down to the lake in minutes, launch your boat, cast a line, or simply float the afternoon away. Back at the house, the deck, porch, balcony, and garden give you endless spots to relax and take in the scenery. When the sun sets, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing — one of those simple pleasures you'll talk about long after you've headed home.
Your pups are welcome here too! Up to two dogs are warmly invited to join the fun, with plenty of outdoor space and lake access to keep tails wagging all week long.
Additional comforts include in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning/heating, and a boating dock.

Why they chose this property
Our home is super secluded! We own the entire peninsula on an offshoot of Lake Cobbosseecontee, which is nice and quiet. It's perfect for swimming and boating.
What makes this property unique
We come to the house frequently, so the house is well-stocked with amenities and supplies - especially the kitchen!
