COMFORTABLE-TOP equipped apartment/5 min. to the forest playground, free WLAN

Our newly furnished apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy, separate dining and living area, two double rooms, a family room consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as two bathrooms and two toilets.

Via three doors you get to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains.

The ski bus stops a few minutes' walk from us and takes you free of charge to the nearby Hochzillertal ski area in Kaltenbach.
Your ski equipment can be stored in the in-house ski cellar with ski boot heating.

We provide towels, bed linen and WiFi free of charge.
Bread service can also be taken advantage of.

Two new flat-screen TVs are available in the apartment for evening entertainment.

Due to the quiet yet very central location in the heart of the Zillertal, we offer the ideal starting point for sporting activities combined with the necessary rest to relax and recharge your batteries.

Zillertal

Beautiful location, with very well maintained and clean house. Gaby was very responsive and friendly and helped make the stay even better. The Zillertal is a wonderful area with so many out door things to do any see in any season.

Beautiful apartment, lovely view, wonderful hosts.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Gaby was so kind and friendly and the valley and home were lovely. I only wish there were a washer but it was worth it anyway. I hope we are blessed to come back someday.

Christmas ski trip

Property worked well for our two families of 9 in total. Very clean, lovely comfy beds. Location a little too far to walk to ski area so car required or a walk to the ski bus. Not many places to eat or shop locally so again a car required. Easy to get to Mayrhofen and other resorts but we skied the Kaltenbach area. We enjoyed our week away and couldn’t fault the accommodation.

Lovely stay in beautifully welcoming chalet

Had a really lovely stay in peaceful Reid Im Zillertal this Summer. Gaby, Bernhardt and Mia were wonderful hosts. The flat was well equipped and clean with beautiful views. A great base to explore the Zillertal valley in summer. Great play park opposite for kids, good restaurants close by, fantastic local pool (5 mins by car). We loved exploring the mountains and cable cars. Would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and area. We will be returning, for sure! Thank you for your hospitality.

Very lovely home apartment in the Alps!

This is a wonderful, clean, beautiful, and centrally located home apartment in the Alps. 30 minutes to a lake and Wolfsklamm hiking. One hour to Innsbruck and the wonderful Olpererhutte hike. Or you can just enjoy the home and the surrounding nature. The playground nearby is an added bonus for the young ones. Our host was lovely and very welcoming. All around this is the best we've done on Vrbo and well worth your consideration.

Tolle Wohnung.wir waren 4Erwachsene, 1Baby und 1 Vierjähriges und hatten eine gute Zeit.Die Wohnung besteht quasi aus zwei Wohnungen,die durch einen langen Flur getrennt sind: links vom Eingang ist ein DZ,Bad,WC und Küche/Wohnzimmer und rechts vom Eingang das grosse DZ mit Couch und durch Schrank abgetrenntes Hochbett sowie ein weiteres DZ, Bad und WC.Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Skibus mussten wir 4Min laufen, mit dem Auto war man in 5-10 Min an der Gondel in Kaltenbach.Direkt ums Eck war ein toller Spielplatz mit einem kleinen Hang zum Schlittenfahren (für kleinere Kinder top). Die Gastgeber haben uns sogar einen Schlitten und diverse Poporutscher zur Verfügung gestellt. Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung in guter Lage.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles da was wir brauchten. Wir wurden auch regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles gut ist und es wurde bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Sehr geraeumige Ferienwohnung in einem netten Dorf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Ausreichend Platz fuer unsere 5 koepfige Familie plus Grosseltern. Heerlijke wintersport
