Sun Caper Condominium is located at the serene south end of Fort Myers Beach, this beautiful beachfront 2bd / 2bath condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico framed by palm trees! Updated in 2025, this gorgeous condo boasts Luxury Vinyl Plank and Travertine flooring throughout, Travertine bathrooms, solid wood cabinetry and granite counters. Along with a fully stocked kitchen there are flat screen tv's is the living room, master and guest bedroom. Pictures do not reflect new family room furniture that is en route. In unit full size washer and dryer. The grounds of the building offer a newly remodeled pool area and reconstructed walkway to the beach. The pool area will be furnished with brand new tables, chairs and lounges. Additionally there are outdoor showers and a designated gilling area. Minutes to downtown Fort Myers Beach or Lovers Key State park in either direction this unit is in the perfect location for all your needs!

**Garage level storage closet will be stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas for your stay.

Unobstructed beach and ocean view and fabulous sunsets.The pool was large uncrowded and plenty of lounge chairs. Close to restaurants and other amenities. Fully equipped kitchen . This was our sixth stay with this host, so that will tell you how we rate this great condo and host. What a gem we found 9 years ago!

Paradise…. Beautiful condo in a perfect location. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and Tom was an incredible host. So peaceful walking the beach and we saw dolphins on many mornings right out in front of us. Truly lovely place. Highly recommend. :)

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach condo. The place itself is absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the coastal setting. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was covered, from the fully stocked kitchen to all the beach essentials you could possibly need.What really set this stay apart was Tom’s hospitality. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which was already impressive—but then went above and beyond by providing a brand new beach cart and even a cribbage board for us to enjoy. That level of care and responsiveness made the experience feel extra special.If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming beach getaway, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Unforgettable weekend at the beach!

The beach house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and our friends. We enjoyed the beach all day with beautiful weather and beautiful scenery and enjoyed lounging around the pool at the end of day. The sunset was amazing from our balcony and we look forward to coming back and enjoying many more beautiful sunsets with good food, drinks, and friends in the future. The beach house is immaculate and has every amenity and comfort one could hope for. The surrounding area has a lot to offer - beautiful beaches for walks, tasty restaurants, and live music spots to name a few. Truly the perfect place for a perfect weekend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Condo with a great owner

We loved the quiet building with the great view & amenities. We appreciated the initial common supplies in the unit & good variety of pots, pans & dishes. We have enjoyed our stay for the past 2 Januarys. Tom is a super host but we wish he would’ve stayed in communication with us as we would have loved to have rented again in 2023.
