We can't wait to stay again!! Literally one of the cooest and secluded places we have ever stayed! Town was near by, not far at all. We fished the barges on the Mississippi. 40 minutes to Best Dam Float and 40 to Clements. Drive to each location was just beautiful! Cabin had everything you needed or wanted. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the rustic look. Saw tons of wild life. Huge bucks nearby. Everything about staying here was absolutely perfect. We only wish we could have had a fire but the fire danger was way too high. Also that we spent a little more time at the cabin. We spent so much time fishing. Can't wait to go back and fish nearby trout streams when trout season opens back up! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and is easy to get to, but is very secluded and private. The surrounding countryside is stunning. We saw deer, turkey and many other birds, plus we heard an owl at night! Also, plenty of opportunity to stargaze. It’s in a great location for biking and hiking. While we were there we biked the Elroy-Sparta bike trail, hiked at Wildcat Mountain and Perrot State Parks. There are so many more places to bike and hike and kayak in the area that we plan to come back.
Cozy cabin that had all amenities I needed. Loved the tucked away location and well maintained grounds and cabin. Its a shame state of wis doesnt allow the loft to be used, peeking at that it would be a great little bonus. Cabin had a well stocked kitchen, adequate bathroom with plenty of privacy, and a comfy bed. I only wished there were a couple of hooks to hang some of my clothes to get them out of suitcase since bed and living area are all together. Overall I would love to visit sometime again! A true little gem, thanks for opening up and sharing your little slice of heaven.
We booked looking for a quiet stay, and this was exactly what we wanted. Secluded, peacful, and had amenities so we were able to cook our own meals. Would definitely like to stay again sometime.
Stayed at this beautiful cabin for a driftless fishing weekend. The cabin was exactly as advertised and in a perfect spot to explore the region. Enjoyed the deck and fire pit during the evenings to relax. The owner was easy to communicate with and even checked on us during severe weather. Will stay again! Thanks
Quaint cabin in a beautiful setting in rural Wisconsin. Very quiet and scenic. Nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Be aware of narrow staircase to the bedroom loft. We enjoyed our stay very much.
We really enjoyed the woodland surroundings with all the wildflowers and birds. The driftless area is beautiful and we felt such peace on this property. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and well equipped.
Truly a little piece of paradise tucked away in the woods! The cabin was so cozy, perfect for our family of four. The check-in and checkout process was so easy. The cabin was clean with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend staying at this little oasis in the woods!
The cabin was exactly as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved the large porch and spent many hours on it. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting this area.
Communication with Kris and Mark was quick. The cabin and the property had everything to make our trip a great one.
Just a note- we stayed during one of the 90+ degree stretches this fall and the A/C unit could not keep up, but Kris and Mark made us aware of it before our trip and provided us with a few fans, which was appreciated!
We will be keeping their cabin in mind for future trips!
Beautiful cabin nestled in the woods! We trailered the motorcycle and then did day trips from the property thru the Driftless region and Mississippi River area. Will stay again
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful cabin. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch, watch the birds, walk through the woods. We loved the well set up kitchen and cozy living room. We will definitely come back. Kris and Marc, the property managers, are very responsive and helpful and kind.
The cabin was a perfect place to unplug from the every day grind for a couple days. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The back porch was a perfect place to spend the evening sitting and relaxing.
Will definitely be back!
We had such a great stay, thank you! The home was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is so tucked away and peaceful there. I wish we could have stayed longer!
This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Sitting on the porch sitting wine at the end of the day was just perfect! Kris communicated easily with us as questions came up. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks again for sharing your piece of serenity with us!!
