Walking distance to all village amenities: Restaurants, shops, amusement park, pier, concerts in the park, casino etc. Great location on the corner of 15th Ave. and Park Ave. Fun in the sun then watch the sunsets from the back porch. Enjoy the lazy days of summer in the quaint village of Sylvan Beach, NY.
