Why they chose this property

I love this location... it's quiet and charmimg and close to everything Osterville has to offer! Osterville is a very quaint village offering both shopping and nice restaurants. Dowese's Beach, which is a resident's only beach, is considered one of the best in Town of Barnstable. This property was my "home" for many years!

What makes this property unique

The beautiful southfacing backyard is very special. It offers both sun & shade, where beautiful plantings added over the years, a bird bath/waterfall, and many migrating birds, including Baltimore Orioles & Hummingbirds! Some guest say watching the birds is their favorite part! The patio/pergola is great too! Nice private deck w/natural gas BBQ!
