Located on the 6th floor with elevator (until the 5th floor, last floor with the stairs), it comprises :
- a mezzanine with a double bed ;
- bedroom with double bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Italian Bialetti and Aeropress coffee machines, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

There is also a shower in the mezzanine.

The apartment is very central. It's close to bars and restaurants.
You'll find a Franprix supermarket 300 m from the building for your everyday needs.

The area is also well served by a wide range of transport links for strolling around the city.

## Emplacement
Paris's 5th arrondissement is very diverse: it includes the Latin Quarter, home to a large student population, as well as the Pantheon and its Rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive streets in Paris, and Gallo-Roman remains that make it an extremely touristy area. The famous Latin Quarter is a lively student quarter, one of the oldest in Paris. Its name probably comes from the fact that the university sector and teaching were conducted in Latin.
