Adorable 1-Bedroom Guest House with Kitchenette

Welcome to the Seneca Siesta Casita! A quaint Tucson gem. Perfect for short-term getaways, events, a semester of school or traveling medical professionals. Only miles away from Tucson attractions, amazing restaurants, the U of A and medical facilities. Enjoy the extra large full size bed, wall mounted TV, desk area, and with high-speed internet and internet TV (Roku, Amazon). The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven, and washer and dryer. Relax in the sprawling private backyard, patios and cozy courtyards.

This casita offers loads of vintage charm, only one mile from the University of Arizona campus, and close to great amenities such as free parking in the driveway or on the street, public transportation, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. You will also be close to great hiking and sight-seeing including the Santa Catalina Mountains, Catalina State Park, Gate's Pass, Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, Sajuaro National Monument and Mt. Lemmon.

You will occasionally share the backyard and courtyard area with the main house next door. However, the main house has its own back patio and private side patio, separate entrances and separate washer/dryer units. The casita is very private even with main house occupancy.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not have space to park campers, trailers, RVs or ATVs.

We love Tucson and this property is our home. Jason is a U of A grad, UX designer and musician. Reagan is an interior designer and property manager. We try to get to Tucson as often as possible, even in the summer. We love going to Gentle Ben's for breakfast, Mt Lemmon to cool off, Catalina State Park to hike and North for a glass of wine.

This property is located just north of the U of A and close to downtown, 4th ave, Tumomoc Hill, Catalina State Park, Mt. Lemmon, grocery stores, antique stores, golf courses and great restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The guest house is basically a hotel room with a kitchenette. It has its own separate entrances, free parking, bedroom, office space, bathroom with shower, washer and dyer, kitchenette (fridge, sink, hot stove and microwave) and is super cute and convenient to many locations.
