I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you had with the residual pet hair. Although it is a pet friendly property, we do not want the guest to experience this. It has been addressed with housekeeping. The hot tub was/is working properly. Sorry that you had trouble operating it. It is very user friendly. There are 2 coffee makers at the home and both are functioning. We hope you still had an enjoyable time overall.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you had an overall positive experience. We apologize for the issues you encountered with the dishwasher. The Purgatory Resort area has extremely hard water and it's difficult to keep up with the mineral deposits. For this reason, the home has a water softener to help eliminate the minerals. We also provide Lemi shine, along with instructions on how to use it to add to the dishwasher with each use. We are sorry to hear that the mattress was too soft for your personal preference. We have not had this mentioned from any past guest. We have already scheduled the handyman to tighten the towel holders in the master bathroom. We appreciate you bringing the front walk and gutter situation to our attention. We're continuously working to improve the guest experience, and your comments will help us continue to improve.  Thank you again for your insights.

We want our guests to have the best possible experience and when something doesn't go as scheduled, we take it seriously. Coming into a unit that is not ready for your arrival can be upsetting. We take full responsibility for this and are very sorry this happened. When our office received your call it was later in the day and all of the housekeepers had already left the area. Our office was in constant contact with you throughout the process updating you on the arrival of our cleaners. Unlike a hotel, we do not have cleaners on site, therefore, it takes a little longer to get our crew back up to the area. Again, sorry for our mistake. Hope that the refund given to you will help ease your frustration. Modern Mountain Escape is truly a fantastic property.
