This home also has a Roku in the main living room, allowing you to watch all your favorite shows on popular streaming services! Tennis Village 36 looks out on a large common area which makes it very private and quiet.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

There is NO smoking in or around the property. A $200 fine for smoking will be applied if any smoke smell or cigarette remains are determined.
We do not allow pets. A $500 cleaning fee will be added for any pet in the property. Parties are strictly prohibited.
Deschutes County code 5.12.020 060 states if maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments.

Amazing location, nice house and host was great. Only downfall was the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any ziplock bags or tinfoil etc or coffee pods so remember to bring your own.

Twas the night b4 Christmas

The property which was located to the Sunriver mall, walking distance, was very clean and comfortable. We came over to see the Lodge decorated with lights for Christmas and even picked up a few ladt minute gifts.

Great Place!

Had an issue with the thermostat the first evening where the heat wouldn't come on. However, it was resolved quickly after contacting the rep. Nice and clean with furniture and layout arranged perfectly to create a comfy family atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfy! Sheets had a high thread count and mattresses were nice and firm. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn't stocked very well. No plastic wrap, aluminum foil, storage bags or kitchen garbage bags. All in all, would definitely consider staying here again! Lovely place!

Satisfied before I stayed….

Overall property is in a great location, but most properties are in Sunriver. Caution…the owner tried to charge fees of 300.00 that were not clearly listed in the listing! Take pictures upon leaving the unit! The property itself is older and smelled like it on arrival. When we arrived there was a major parking lot paving project that the owner notified us of the day before our arrival. The entire parking lot was closed for our entire stay. There was lots of machinery that shook beds in the morning, smelled of asphalt and LOTS of dust and dirt in the air. Getting luggage and groceries in and out was a huge hassle from the parking lot a block over. Caution…the neighbor is a full time resident… He does not like a rental unit next door and does verbalize it. Wouldn’t recommend staying here with kids…no cleaning supplies or vacuum supplied for cleanup. You will be charged if you don’t.

We stayed here as a family of four and it was perfect for us. The house has plenty of space and amenities for everyone. It was very clean and cozy inside. The location is great with easy access to the village and the river loop bike path. We will definitely come back!
