About this property

Super nice house with pool, garden and tasteful furnishings.

Location: Beautiful holiday home completely renovated with valuable materials. The location on a hill with a view in Montebello above Camaiore is very quiet and offers a beautiful panorama. The large property mainly consists of olive groves. A beautiful pool (6.10 x 3.75 x 1.20 meters) is only available to our guests from May 1st to October 15th. It is fenced and has a remote controlled gate. A beautiful sun terrace invites you to linger and is ideal for barbecuing. Barbecue and outdoor shower are available. The house has Internet via WiFi (free of charge).
The car can be parked on the property.
Equipment: the living space is approx. 70 m². Nice new and tasteful decor. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen, a nice living room with a comfortable sofa and dining table. Bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are the double rooms with a bathtub and sink. A bedroom with a bunk bed.
To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Final cleaning not optional €110. Bed linen optional €12 per person, one-off charge. Pets optional €15 per week per animal, maximum 2.

Traumvilla in der Toskana

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Juli/August in der Traumvilla verbracht. Das Haus war sauber,der Ausblick traumhaft und das Wetter super! Der Pool lud jeden Tag zum Baden ein und bei einem Glas Wein konnte man den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon und kommen auf jeden Fall 2024 wieder!Danke auch nochmal an Gabriele,dem Sohn der Vermieterin,der uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.

Un petit paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Roberto. C’est un vrai petit havre de paix perché sur les hauteurs de Camaiore! Tout était parfait, de l’accueil de Gabriele, à la décoration et l’équipement de la maison. La vue sur le village de Camaiore depuis la terrasse et la piscine est à couper le souffle. Un sentiment de sérénités vous gagne quand vous êtes dans cette jolie propriété.

Beautiful house, excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! It is located on a big property with lots of beautiful olive trees and has an excellent view on the town of Camaiore and the nearby mountains. From the beginning on the whole process of booking, checking in and staying there, went without problems. Gabriele was always there to help us and was able to provide us with various recommendations about what to do and see. All in all we loved the house with its great pool and view and felt very welcome in this modern and extremely clean house. We really enjoyed it and will come again as soon as possible!

Ein wunderbarer Platz auf dieser Erde

… mit einem genialen Ausblick über Camaiore und das Tal. Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Pool hat eine tolle Position und er ist wirklich nicht nur eine kleine Badewanne :) sondern größer und für eine ganze Familie geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebevolle hilfsbereite Menschen, die für alle Fragen eine Antwort haben und einem unter die Arme greifen. Wir fanden die Lage sehr toll. Hanglage, ein bisschen am Ende der Ortschaft. Ruhig, aber doch nicht von der Welt abgeschnitten. Das nächste Restaurant ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar und selbst das Städtchen Camaiore wäre ohne kleine Kinder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Freizeitgestaltung ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Vespa Museum, Pisa und Lucca als tolle Städte, eine Tropfsteinhöhle und auch Carrara mit seinem Marmorabbau. Tolle Gegend die auch über einige Strände verfügt. Zum Fahrradfahren gibt es auch alle Möglichkeiten. Super für Familien. Im Sommer ist es halt schon warm, speziell in 2018 !!! Der Pool war nie leer !! und die Klimaanlagen waren fast immer an. Vielen Dank an die Familie Della Buona

Sehr schön, zum wohlfühlen

Dieses Haus hat unsere Erwartungen vollstens getroffen. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft schön und das es komplett eingezäunt ist gibt Sicherheit. Ebenso verfügt das Haus über eine Alarmanlage, eine Klimaanlage und einen sehr schönen Pool, sowie eine wundervolle Aussicht. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll aber doch schlicht gehalten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.
