Great location for baseball families

This was a perfect place for a few families to stay while our sons were playing in Cooperstown! The house layout was great for a group and plenty of things to occupy the kids. The property and surrounding area was beautiful.

This place was amazing! It has everything you need and is so cozy and property is beautiful. Great to share with 2-3 families with the seperate spaces. Hosts were great, place was clean, game room was so fun and the room overlooking creek was so peaceful. Loved it highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay

Location was great for our trip to Cooperstown dreams park, property was very nice and clean and owners were very accessible, checked in with us throughout the trip, and helped to trouble shoot problems with keyless entry system. Would definitely recommend this property for kids, lots of space to play outside and game room was perfect for them.

Great location! About 12 minutes to Dreams Park. We stayed with 2 other families and had plenty of room. The layout was so spacious. The kitchen, grill and game room were perfect! The boys loved fishing and playing on the creek. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in Fly Creek

We had a group of 11 that stayed here while our sons played at Cooperstown. The house is beautiful and in a great location. There is plenty of room in the home to gather as a group, or just hang out for some quiet time. The owners were great and checked in with us a couple times during the week. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a VRBO in the Cooperstown area.

Can’t say enough about this home, it’s not a rental, it’s a retreat! The location of the property is perfect. The house was immaculate, so many amenities, we were so comfortable for the week. Stop scrolling and reserve your stay before it’s booked!

The house was great! All amenities available and a nice snack basket left for us! Plenty of space for our 2 families and great proximity to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. While we were very busy with baseball and unfortunately didn't spend lots of time at the house, the game room was great and the house met all our needs! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home nestled in a quiet rural area less than 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown. Less than a mile walk to Fly Creek Cider Mill (shop visit is a must!). House is large and very comfortable, as pictured in the photos. The area and roads were safe to walk your furry friend! Host communications were great and they left a goodie basket we enjoyed. We would return!

Beautiful home spacious and clean

The house was perfect for our family and extended family. We were there for baseball tournament and it was neat and clean. The gameroom was a hit along with the firepit and bbq. Great atmosphere.

Cooperstown Tournament

The property is quite nice. Very spacious and the kids (and adults) had fun with the game room. Super quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying again if we find our way back to New York.

Beautiful Property!

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Pictures really don’t do this property justice! Quick and easy 15 minute drive to Dreamspark. The game room downstairs was well equipped, and so much fun. The owners were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Hidden Gem for Cooperstown

We came here with my son’s baseball team for the Cooperstown tournament, while it’s a short drive from the field the house is amazing. Our family had so much fun, kids in the game rooms, played by the creek, S’mores in the backyard. It’s close to all but far enough to give you that country home feel. Owners were amazing. Hope to visit again in the future!

Such a Great Spot!

My husband and two kids and I had a great time in Fly Creek visiting old friends. The house was perfect. Plenty of space and a great kitchen/family room area to hang, eat, socialize. We really loved this house. It was clean, and the check in and check out process was easy and mindless. Communication with the owner was great, and the land and yard was beautiful! Thanks for a great long weekend away!

Family vacation

We had extended family meet us in fly creek while our son played baseball at dreams park. Location was ideal, 12 min drive from ball fields but in peaceful, quiet location. Our kids enjoyed splashing around in the creek! House was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the cider mill down the street as well! Thank you for making our family vacation memorable!

Excellent hidden gem

This home has everything you need or would want for your family. Spacious Master bedroom, huge living room and an amazing game room to shoot hoops, play Ping pong, or simply hangout. Conveniently located near Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. You can get to anywhere you want in 10-15mins.

Fly Creek Perfection

This was a gem of a house for our father-son trip for the Cooperstown baseball tournament this summer. The house was the perfect setup for 4 dads and 5 boys. We all loved the backyard fire pit, downstairs game room, quiet location, and creek behind the house. The location was the perfect distance to town and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Highly recommend this house for your next trip to Cooperstown!

We had a wonderful time at the lovely Fly Creek home. As someone mentioned, the home really is much nicer than pictured in the photos. There was space for everyone to relax--watch TV and play games. Gorgeous yard. Fun basement. Practical layout for multiple families to share common space but still have private sleeping quarters. Walking distance to Fly Creek Cider Mill. Short drive to the village/downtown. Perfect for families while children play at Dreams Park. Highly recommend!

We live on Long Island and purchased this home last summer. We have enjoyed renovating from top to bottom making it a warm, friendly and relaxing setting to enjoy time with family, friends and guests like you. Our family is always happy to visit our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

One look at this well maintained, uniquely designed home set on 2 acres and we were hooked. The feeling of the country with the close proximity of Cooperstown just 4 miles away offered a unique and tranquil setting. The close proximity to the Fly Creek Cider Mill makes for a nice afternoon walk. A great place to slow down and recharge.

What makes this property unique

Whether out on the front porch sipping morning coffee or admiring the beautiful sunsets in the evening, the feeling of calm and relaxation takes over. Evening walks are most enjoyable. There is so much to do close by with great restaurants to choose from. Just 4 miles to Leatherstocking Golf Course, rent a boat and enjoy the day on Otsego Lake, visit beautiful Glimmerglass State Park. Our kids just love to visit and so do we. Just writing about it makes us want to go!
