PARKING & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Only 1 parking garage spot per residence. Guest spots are available. Clubhouse parking is for Members only.

Upon arrival, pick up your required parking pass at the Member Services desk. The parking permit must be on display on the driver's side window.

Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Nighttime occupancy is 6 and daytime occupancy is 12.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Beautiful Property

The entire property is beautiful, well maintained and secure. The staff was hands on and first class from the moment we arrived until we left. We will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful views, decor, location

This place is gorgeous! We had a view of the lake, private fire pit, access to a great fitness center and restaurant (and spa, which we never did use, but it looks top notch!) The place is right next door to a state beach and hiking. All the staff was welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

With an additional per-day per-adult fee you will have access to the Clubhouse featuring a full-service restaurant and bar overlooking the lake, year-round heated lakefront pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness center, spa, yoga and Pilate’s studio, and the concierge adventure center. The property also includes a private 160-foot pier. There is free beach access without having to pay the clubhouse access fee, this part of the beach is to the right of the cabana private members only part of the beach.

The property includes gated security, underground parking with tesla charging stations, an elevator that opens directly into the lobby and additional secured storage for your beach and mountain equipment.

Renter Amenity Access Fees if you would like access to the Beach Club:
