Lovely 30m² air-conditioned apartment in a very quiet private residence located in Sainte Maxime,

Main room with fully equipped kitchen (capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven etc....), lounge/living room with television, wifi,

1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage.

Shower room with toilet.

Balcony with table and chair.

Added bonus, 1 private parking space in the communal garage

You are located near the small crossroads of Sainte Maxime, with its shops, and possibility of going to Maxime centre on foot.

The nearest beach is that of Sainte Maxime which is located approximately 20 minutes on foot.



Please note: bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation. If you wish, you can bring your own linen OR book linen kits from our concierge service charged at €30 per person (bed sheets, bath towels, bath mat and tea towels). You will be asked about this by email following validation of your reservation. The linen kits will need to be paid on the day of your arrival. (the beds will be made if you choose this linen rental option)



A security deposit will also be requested upon arrival via a secure card payment terminal.

Super accueil de l'agence à l'arrivée et au départ.Très bel appartement, bien agencé et équipé pour un couple. Petit bémol sur l'odeur de cigarettes en rentrant et le store du balcon non fonctionnel.Prévoir un peu de marche pour rejoindre plages et centre ville mais distance raisonnable.
