Easy Mountain and Downtown Denver Access Littleton
This mid-suburban home is fully furnished and ready for your extended stay! Located in the Southwest corner of the Denver area, you're just minutes from Hwy. 470 and I70 for easy access to the mountains or downtown.
The 1,700 sq. ft. of living space is the perfect residential getaway for a comfortable home-away-from-home feel. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with a King bed in the master bedroom and Queen beds in each of the guest bedrooms.
The living room couch is massive and great for your entire group to relax in front of the 70 inch TV.
There is a mother-in-law suite in the basement that is usually occupied by me or other rental guests, but the spaces and entrances are completely separate, and the deck (which includes patio furniture and a grill) belongs exclusively to you and your group. Recently moved to Littleton and absolutely love this area! I travel a lot so I stay in the basement unit when I'm not around. Love this area, there's so many incredible things to do every single weekend...I love to get out and explore and you will too!

What makes this property unique
Location...the house is about as close as you can get to the mountains within the immediate Denver area so you get the best of both worlds; easy access to downtown and easy access to the mountains, whichever you're looking to do!
