Do not book this apartment! There is a caretaker, cameras outside, a sound level metre and a security team with guard dog.

My husband will greet you in person, the key box is only in case of any problems.

I also live in the same building.

- Separate toilets.
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Fully home automation and secure housing.
- Equipment provided: sheets, towels, hairdryer, iron.
- Car and motorcycle parking (extra charge on request).
- Free secure bike room.
- Pets allowed (small dogs and cats).

The apartment is under deposit of 2000 euros (no debit at the time of booking but only in case of problem declared to Vrbo after the reservation).
The number of people in the apartment is strictly controlled by the building caretaker.

🛈 Supplements
Some services may incur an additional cost, to be paid after booking or to be specified before via an information request:
- Use of the second room: only for a reservation of 2 travellers each wanting a separate room. Price: 40 euros per night.
- Private and secure parking in the basement: on prior request.
- Late arrival or departure: by prior request.
