Fabulous Corner Unit with Extra Large Balcony
Unwind in Perdido Key at this wonderful condo. Enjoy the surf or relax in the outdoor or indoor pool; perhaps you would prefer the hot tub! Directly overlooking the surf, you can watch pods of dolphin swimming by, or the rays playing in the shallows. Relax on the oversized balcony complete with sectional and dining table.
This unit has been listed on this site before, but in order to reduce fees charged to my guests, I have created a new listing to “cut out the middle man”. Unfortunately, the 123, all 5 star, reviews couldn’t move with me):(
This isn’t just any bare beach rental, from spices to sauces, paper plates to insulated water bottles, from toys to swim diapers, cribs to baby monitors, from beach chairs to boogie boards, and robes to razors, it truly has it all! I’ll send you a full list of amenities after booking so you don’t have to read a novel here! Suffice to say that I love my guests! Many returning year after year to enjoy their home at the beach. My goal is to consistently be a 6 star property( 5 stars are for rookies)!
