Come enjoy this fisherman's paradise just steps from the bank of the Shenandoah River! Equipped with everything you need to feel at home, we promise you'll never want to leave! Enjoy the gorgeous river views from the bank, the fire pit, or from the large screened porch where relaxation comes naturally. A beautiful, bubbly hot tub! Come sit and soak while watching the river flow by!

-Please note that due to the water in the area, there may be a slight sulfur smell when the water is first turned on. There is a water filter at the cabin, but there is still sometimes a little bit of an odor to the water- it is perfectly safe to drink and will dissipate very quickly, but it's something for guests to be aware of!



Please note: The optional firewood charge of $10/night is for firewood. If you don't think you will use the firewood or would like to bring your own, please let us know! We are more than happy to refund that to you.



PLEASE NOTE for November - March bookings: During these winter months, a four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle is recommended in case of implement weather.



There is no trash service in the area, so we ask you to please take your trash with you. There are instructions in the cabin telling you where to go to take it so you don’t have to take it all the way home! Alternatively, the house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must fill out contact form and sign our renter agreement after booking. We can provide a copy prior to booking if requested.
Event fees (wedding, etc) are not included and must be paid separately. Pets must be approved according to type and number. Multiple pets additional.
A security deposit hold (typically for $500) will be applied to the card on file a day before arrival. Larger properties may be more.
