A perfect seaside retreat featuring expansive views of Narragansett Town Beach, Newport Bridge, Narragansett Bay and the Towers.
Rare rental opportunity! This condo requires a minimum thirty day stay, weekly rentals are not permitted.
The open living and kitchen area offers views from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Narragansett Town Beach. A private deck and fenced in yard allow privacy while watching the beach goers on Narragansett Town Beach. One bedroom is a large suite offering a queen bed for sleeping accommodations, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and combination tub and shower. The suite offers direct access to the deck to listen to the waves and smell the ocean breezes while enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for sleeping and a second full bathroom accessed from the hall.
Enjoy all Narragansett Pier has to offer! You can walk to some of the best restaurants in town, including Coast Guard House. Enjoy a morning coffee at The Pour House or Cool Beans. Don't forget Nana's Ice Cream and Candy Shop!
For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
