Come spend a week or two at one of the best beaches on Swan Lake! Large screened porch let’s you enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake no matter what the weather. We provide seating for 12 and a large deck box full of beach toys for the kids! 4 bedrooms have very comfortable beds, Smart TVs, A/C and Heating. . Two full baths with all towels provided. First floor bathroom has washer and dryer.
Livingroom has very comfortable fully reclining furniture if a nap is part of your vacation plans! Our modern kitchen has seating for 6 and a great view of the Lake. Cupboards are fully stocked with just about everything you will need including large lobster pot to enjoy some fresh Maine Lobster!
Outside we have a 40 foot Dock, gravity free lounge chairs, Lifetime picnic table, and propane grill. There is plenty of space on the lawn to throw a frisbee or play the cornhole game provided. Large fire pit and chairs are located on the beach.
We are approximately 1 hour from Bar Harbor, 20 minutes to Belfast and 2 hours from Moosehead Lake.

This cabin was perfect for all our fall day trips. It had absolutely everything we needed. I was able to send the host a couple of handicap items we needed and she was happy to take them to the house. We’d love yo visit in the summer to have a lake vacation.

We rent a week each year with my two adult children and three grandchildren (6,7,8) and everyone said they want to come back to this rental. Quiet and secluded location. Loons were very vocal and amazing to listen to. Large yard and shallow beach for the kids to play. Well stocked kitchen and beach towels. It was great to have an empty cabinet for putting our food! Beautiful area with plenty to do should the weather not be perfect. We went to Fort Knox one afternoon and ventured into Belfast to the movies and ice cream on another. Only thing missing was to have kayaks available to use to explore the lake. Lisa was great to communicate with! I look forward to another week there next year!

We would love to provide kayaks for our guests to use. I checked with our insurance company to see if we would be covered if someone got hurt using them and they said that they would not provide that coverage at any cost. So unfortunately, we don’t provide them.

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed for a week with our children and grandchildren. The lake is peaceful, and the beach was perfect for the little ones. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed exploring. The house has been thoughtfully organized, decorated and stocked with all the things we needed while still leaving room for things we brought (really appreciated the large empty cabinet for our food). We especially enjoyed the screen porch that looks out on the water. Lisa and Mike are great with communication.
