Quiet and pleasant house. Ideal for family. 30 m walk to the sea. Natural beach rich in history.
Welcoming living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with sea view. Facing south, a patio with outdoor lounge, parasol, table, chairs and garden furniture. In front, an enclosed courtyard with secure storage for bikes, paddles, canoes, fishing nets, beach equipment, etc. This courtyard is equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a hose for rinsing equipment if required. Sea view from the bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and WC. A TV in the living room opposite a bar area and sofa; a TV upstairs in one of the bedrooms. Library upstairs.
All shops within 500m. Museums, restaurants, mini golf, skate park, bowling, cinemas, fish market, sailing school, etc. 2km away.
During the festivities marking the anniversary of the Normandy landings: Canadian military camp reconstituted for the ceremonies in the immediate vicinity (less than 200m). Military aircraft fly over the beach above the house. Ceremonies at the Courseulles sur Mer military museum 2 km away. Circulation of military vehicles on local roads. Entertainment and dances in the village squares.
Fishing in front of the house at low tide. Free parking in front of the house in a private street. Bed linen included and 50 euros cleaning charge for the duration of your stay

Davide n’a aucune morale ni respect. Venu avec un chien sans accord. Pool de chien partout même dans les lits maison rendu extrêmement sale. A fuir.
