Enjoy the privacy of a beautiful 1 acre lot with spectacular mountain views. Stay above the fog for which Santa Barbara summers are (in)famous. Across the street from Lotus Land, and within a couples miles to the beaches of Montecito, Coast Village Road, Cold Spring Trail, and Downtown Santa Barbara, this classic ranch house has two bedrooms (2nd bedroom detached), a music den that could be used as a bedroom, and three full bathrooms. Outdoor spaces include a Hot Springs Spa, trampoline, ping pong table, and gas BBQ. A classic ranch house, the home is clean and in excellent condition. If you're looking for a sunny home with outdoor space, privacy, peace and quiet, views, lots of space and stuff to do for your children along with quick access to all Santa Barbara has to offer - this is your spot.

An amazing place

Clean, kitchen well-stocked with utensils, etc., jacuzzi large & works well. Great view of mountains from backyard. Minutes from restaurants & shopping. Would suggest curtains or shutters for bedrooms, so that the sun doesn't wake you in the morning, if you want to sleep in. We loved it and will definitely go back.

Other than all of the games and activities at the house (trampoline, basketball, cornhole, slip and slide, climbing forest), you also have access to four soft top surfboards and two boogie boards - all you need for fun at the beach.
