The unit was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara. Off street parking and a well appointed kitchen made our stay easy. We would book again.
Just a few blocks ftom the waterfront and the funk zone. An easy walk, very nice neighborhood. Very clean place, full kitchen. Massive bathroom (as big as the bedroom). Balcony mostly overlooks parking lot. Host/cobtact super responsive and helpful.
Location was great. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well supplied. It has great off street parking, and is about 4 blocks to the yacht harbor.
My girlfriend and I stay at this property at least two times a year. It is close to the beach, and a walk takes maybe 10 minutes—if that. The property is clean, safe, and a great romantic getaway. We will stay here again.
We loved the walkability of the property. We parked the car for the whole trip and just walked everywhere. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely lovely. We would stay there again.

We own multiple properties in Santa Barbara. All the studio, one bedroom and 2 bedroom units you see here are located on 201 Bath Street. My husband and I own and manage each of our properties. We have pride of ownership and when you call with questions regarding the properties or any concerns you speak directly to us. We own and manage the entire complex and all the units inside it. This pride of ownership shows and as a result our guests return over and over again providing us with a loyal customer base. Many of our guests have been coming for years and for long-term stays.

There are so many Santa Barbara properties available for rent. The number one difference between all of them are location, location, location. The closer to the beach and the closer to Santa Barbara the more expensive the real estate. We are 2 blocks to the beach and downtown, not on a commercial thorough fare, not next to the highway or railroad track and not a bus ride or car ride away from downtown. We combine our location with the best pricing and the best amenities. Finally, we are immaculately clean.
