We are offering this charming 100 m² house in Régusse for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
- A 35 m² living room with a sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 4 hob rings…
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine, you’ll find two single beds in a room that connects to a double bed (140x190)
- Shower room (with shower)
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a plancha, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A large 5,000 m² garden with olive and oak trees, full of wild thyme, featuring a 70 m² south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Direct access to the forest and views over the surrounding fields.

The house is ideally situated in Régusse, in a very peaceful setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- In Régusse itself, there’s a charming village centre and lovely mills to visit. The village is very lively in summer, with a market held twice a day, guided tours, an open-air cinema and a municipal swimming pool. There is also a pétanque court, three tennis courts, a football pitch, a skate park, a children’s play area and an outdoor fitness area.
- In Aups, the nearest village, you’ll find not only a charming Provençal village to explore, but also the Maison de la Truffe, a local olive oil mill, a large market held twice a week and plenty of good restaurants.
- There are numerous Provençal villages to visit in the region (Villecroze, Tourtour, Cotignac, Aiguines)
- Several lakes are a 20- or 30-minute drive away (Sainte-Croix, Quinson)
- A region ideal for outdoor activities, with walking and mountain bike trails for all levels, as well as spots for rock climbing, canyoning, water trekking, kayaking and pedalos

Transport:
A car is essential in this region. You can park directly in the house’s private (sloping) car park free of charge. There are 4 spaces available.

As for other forms of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Les Arcs-Draguignan railway station is about 55 minutes’ drive away (48 km) and Hyères railway station is about 1 hour 25 minutes’ drive away (102 km)
- The nearest airport is Toulon-Hyères, about 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away (105 km)

Other points to note:
- The stairs leading to the mezzanine are steep
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any electrical appliances after use
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Washing machine
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided (only the first fire)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional charge of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this at the time of booking
