In a beautiful Haussmannian building, duplex of more than 80m² crossing the penultimate floor refurbished two years ago by an architect. Large living space of 45m² bathed in light with open kitchen with central island and living room with sofa/bed and its overhead projector, a large dining table completes the living space. A furnished balcony will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. On the same floor, a first bedroom and a bathroom with large bath, toilet and washing machine. On the upper floor, a master suite of 20m² with shower room open to the bedroom. <br>Dynamic area, many shops and restaurants.<br>Metro line 14 is at the foot of the building and gives you quick access to the centre of Paris (Châtelet les Halles in 10 minutes), train stations and Orly airport (30 minutes).<br>We will be delighted to welcome you to our warm apartment.<br>
