Cozy, single-storey holiday home with approx. 60 m² of living space in a quiet location just outside Hamburg. The house is ideal for couples, small families, visitors to Hamburg, business travelers and guests looking for quiet accommodation with good transport connections.

The holiday home includes a large terrace and a well-kept garden with a garden pond – ideal for relaxing after a trip to Hamburg or the surrounding area.

Public transport is within walking distance, approx. 10 minutes away. From there, you can reach Hamburg Central Station, Hamburg city center and the harbor in about 35 minutes using the Hamburg public transport network.

The house is single-storey and offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-diner, a shower room, Wi-Fi and a large terrace overlooking the garden.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed 180 × 200 cm, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds 90 × 200 cm and a wardrobe.

The living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a music system. In addition to the dining area in the kitchen-diner, there is another dining area in the living room.

The holiday home is rented for a maximum of 4 guests. This helps ensure a pleasant, quiet stay suited to the size of the house.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please indicate when booking whether you will be bringing a dog.

Important note for families with small children: There is a garden pond on the property. This may pose a danger to children who cannot swim. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervision.

The house is located in a quiet residential area. Parties, celebrations, events and additional visitors without prior agreement are not permitted.

The minimum stay is generally 3 nights. Shorter stays are only possible if they fit into an existing booking gap.
