Very comfortable property only 2 blocks from town and 5 blocks from the beach. Great base for extended family time at the shore. The property includes:
- 5 bedrooms plus an office (2 master suites with king beds, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each)
- 4 full bathrooms (including one with a whirlpool tub) and 1 half bath
- Large open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, living room and family room (gas fireplace)
- New construction in 2002. Updated with all new furnishings in 2021.
- Rocking chair and swing front porch, plus comfortable backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating/dining for 10.
- Spacious finished basement for rainy day time with foosball table and large screen TV.
- Driveway fits 4 cars.
- Centrally located and close to the beach, parks, restaurants and Spring Lake's downtown area.
- Includes use of 3 pool/beach badges and 3 additional beach only badges. Please note that the Spring Lake pools close at Labor Day.
