We loved our stay here ! Your backyard is Lake Huron ! 40' away from the back door. View also includes Mackinac Island and you're just a short drive from Mackinaw City and Lake Michigan. House is very well kept.
Enjoyed our stay. Property was just right for what we needed. Entryway was dark. Security code was not clearly visible. Other than that it was great and we would use this same property again.
Great views, needs updating badly, bedroom windows don't open, back sun porch sliding doors and screens need repaired, sleeper sofa not functional, beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen stove not working properly. ,
The house was clean and very close to the ferry pick up point ! Jodi was kind and helpful if we had questions . Beach is right on the backyard with beautiful views from the porch. you have free access to the bridge vista beach too ! That’s an added plus when you stay here . I would stay here again !

Can't beat the view. Nice place, I'd stay there again
The house was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and the bridge. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lake and having a full kitchen. On the negative side there was a distinct gas odor in the garage and I would have liked to have extra garbage bags and a few dish towels. I would definitely stay there again!

I loved the patio/sun room. It was quiet and peaceful and the bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen were fine. The garage had a gas odor from the water heater or boiler. The location was great and I'd come back again.
The view is amazing and the size and location are great however strong gas smell in garage some windows wouldn’t open and no a/c so that’s a problem overall it was a nice stay
House was very clean and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The only problem was not hearing back from our host. I had sent her a message a week before asking if there was a coffee pot or Keurig to bring pods but never got a reply. After arriving we tried our absolute best to get the WiFi but it would not connect. I sent her another email with no reply the entire 4 days we were there
The unit was just as described. Amazing views and beach! Freighters traveled all day long, and the bridge at night was stunning. So close to town. Peaceful with the private beach!
Stayed for the first night of a 3 day tour of Northern Michigan. Enjoyable view of the bridge at night with a firepit on shore. Just a couple minutes outside downtown Mackinaw on a quiet residential street.
Saw reviews after booking thats my bad.. thought they may be expecting too much but i was wrong. As on date property needs repair and cleansing so all i can say is just avoid if you can.

First Stay
It's old, hasn't been updated cosmetically - rusty hot water heat vents, old furniture πllows-but it's a dog house. Remarkable view. I'd come back.
Property was all grown up on the outside hadn't been mown in atleast a month, and the beach had a dead tree laying on it and covered in tall weeds , and when we called the property manager she was absolutely rude and hung up on us the first time we called, i have pictures if anyone wants to see them , wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there, and didnt get any money back

Beds were slept in and house was not cleaned
We walked in and found that the beds were not made, dirty laundry left lying around, stove was disgusting, moldy bread still in the cupboard & dirty Kleenex laying around.
Would not recommend. Poorly kept property. VERY strong natural gas odor. Neglected!!!!
No communication from host. Reached out 4 times before Jodi responded. Overpriced-bath door doesn’t close, no fans, urine odor, broken screens, broken outside furniture, hole in flooring, hole in walls, no ceiling fans in common area, furniture is dilapidated. Grass is overgrown and so many bugs as a result. Wastebasket in kitchen instead of trash can. Could go on and on. Don’t recommend!
