Our one bedroom, Mackinaw City Michigan vacation rental condo is located in The Shores at Mackinaw Condominium resort. Available year round and fully furnished with outdoor heated beach front pool. Please see rates listed under rates below.

Located on the pristine shores of Lake Huron, just one mile south of Mackinaw City and is on a natural beach. Enjoy the beautiful view where Lake Michigan and Lake Huron meet and of the Mackinac Bridge and historic Mackinac Island. The Straits of Mackinac are narrow waterways in the state of Michigan between Michigan's Lower and Upper Peninsulas. The main strait flows under the Mackinac Bridge and connects two of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. You can enjoy all the flavors that the Mackinaw area has to offer and minutes be back in your Northern Michigan retreat.

See breathtaking sunrises from your private patio. Take a dip in our heated beachfront pool. Relax on our private natural sandy beach or sundeck. Grill your fresh catch on the gas grills in the community pavilion and picnic area. Enjoy cool evenings by the bonfire. From the moment we entered this sweet home, we felt welcomed! The home was nicely decorated, very clean and felt so comfortable! The view from the windows facing Lake Huron were great! A quick walk to the shoreline gave even greater views especially of the Mackinac Bridge which was beautifully lit up at night! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay at!

We grew up in Michigan and still live and work in Michigan. Mackinaw City has always been our family's favorite vacation destination in Michigan. We never tire of visiting Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island and Northern Michigan.

Why they chose this property

We were actually walking in the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk and then spent the day on Mackinac Island. When taking the Mackinac Island ferry back to Mackinaw City we drove past the new condos being built at the Shores of Mackinaw 49701 in Sept 2001 and simply fell in love with this Luxury Condominium Complex located on the Shores of Lake Huron directly facing Mackinac Island and also a spectacular view of the Mackinaw Bridge. It doesn't get any better than this in Mackinaw City!

What makes this property unique

Our condominium has a wonderful and informative conceirge service. Our condo is within walking distance of a heated swimming pool with a spectacular view of Lake Huron and Mackinac Island. Bonfires on the beach every evening during the summertime are the norm. Excellent view of the 4th of July fireworks from our beach every year. Golfing at the Mackinac Club is always enjoyable. We can walk to the Mackinac Island ferries, the lighthouse, beaches, Fort Michilamackinac & visit great restaurants and shops. We can drive to St. Ignace Casino, Tahquamenon Falls, Lex Cheneaux Islands, Sault St. Marie, Drummond Island and only an hour away from Petoskey's excellent shopping atomosphere.
