Step inside, and you will be greeted by an inviting interior filled with comfortable furnishings, natural light, and an open layout that will allow everyone to mingle from room to room as the group's chef whips up tasty recipes in the kitchen. Not to mention, the sunroom has a large dining table and sofa if you feel like simply kicking back with a good book or hosting a game night as the stars come out!

THINGS TO KNOW
Netflix streaming is available with guests' accounts.
The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The barn and boat are not available for guest use.
Grills and other open flames are prohibited due to the high fire risk.
Swimming is strongly discouraged as the river is very dangerous at this location.

Adorable little house, rustic, charming, quaint cozy. Not fancy but clean and all the basics were covered. Comfy beds, kitchen was enough. Hot tub was old school rock solid, they don’t made em like that any more. View couldn’t be beat. Price was fair and appreciated

The property was just as described, although the location was a little more beautiful than we imagined. The patio deck was really nice. It feels quite remote but still only a 10 min drive from anything we needed.

Relaxing getaway

Very nice deck with a hot tub and beautiful view of the river. Comfy king bed in the main bedroom. Easy access to town and fantastic hikes.

Beautiful property, enjoyed the view of the McKenzie River, hot tub and the goats. We picked a small bundle of purple grapes which were delicious. Beds and pillows were comfy. Check in and check out process. Broken teal chair which was reported at check in and checkout day we stripped the beds however the mattresses were stained (I attached pictures below). Coffee pot does not work correctly.THANK YOU for a overall wonderful saty we will be back in the future.

Let the soothing sound of the river sweep you away

This home is makes you feel like you're miles away from it all. Granted you are next to a semi-busy road, but the river in the backyard makes up for it. Inside is cozy, clean, and comforting. We have already made plans to stay at this home again during the warmer months!

Amazing views!

We enjoyed the view of the river and beautiful country side. It was so quiet (except for sound of a few cars on nearby road but bedrooms are on other side of house and a light sound machine and you couldn't hear them). Also not too far from town and easy to get too. Too cold/rainy for hot tub but enjoyed deck and sunroom. Clean, nice furniture, definitely stay there again.

Urine stains on every bed and under the everything in the house filthy under the beds. Goats running loose scaring my daughter in law and grandchildrenGrease running down the backsplash from the dirty stove vents.Air conditioner and house. It doesn't work well at all. Severely hot. At very least, this place needs new mattresses. I'm not picky, but give me a break??

Amazing river view with one minor exception

The home was cute and reasonably quiet. We wanted to get our dog away from the fireworks over July 4th weekend and it was an excellent choice. The hot tub was wonderful, the king bed was very comfortable and the house was well appointed. We loved the sunroom and deck overlooking the river! Our only issue was no access to the river, a lock had been out on the gate despite home instructions online indicating we could access the river from the property. We were hoping to sit along the river bank with the pup but had to travel to a park instead. I would alert recommend travelers bring extra utensils if you have more than two staying, there were only a few forks to use. Otherwise we loved the home and would gladly stay again!

good nights sleep. great view, wifi down. Im it so truer to fix but the router from spectrum was broken will need replaced. not a big deal good 5g in area so used phone.

Beautiful home with amazing river view

We loved our stay at this property. The owner is very thoughtful in providing us with the telescope and binoculars. We could get a beautiful view of the super full moon and watch birds and deers from the deck. The location of the property is perfect and close to downtown and target as well. Only one suggestion that we have is to have curtains on the bathroom window. If someone is using the shower its all visible for folks on the deck which was uncomfortable when we traveled with extended family.

Really enjoyed the place. Everyone was bummed the hot tub was unusable. Listed as an amenity or not, it was in the photos and it was part of the reason we chose the house. When we opened it up, the water was low and needed to be cleaned out and had a frog living in it. Not a huge deal but we were disappointed for sure. Also, we were using the propane fireplace and it ran out of propane in under 20 minutes.

Lots of issues

We had alot of issues with our stay. The gutter and fence where broken, the hot tub was dirty and unusable, the house was not cleaned, the shower handle was broken so you couldnt adjust the temperature, and the appliances like the coffee pot was to dirty to even use. We did get a partial refund but I would have rather had a good vacation.

Fun Location - Terrible Hot Tub

The property is in a cool location, with great views of the McKenzie River. Furniture in the living room is not great or that comfortable. The most disappointing aspect of the listing was the Hot Tub. This is a main reason we booked the property, but when we opened the hot tub cover we were very disappointed. Tree branches, sticks, pine needles were everywhere. Water was dirty and ice cold. The pictures of the hot tub in the listing are totally inaccurate from what we experienced.
