Shannon has been a salon owner and practicing cosmetologist for over 30 years, while Sam serves as a Chief of Staff for a nationwide distribution company and is a board member of a credit union. It’s known as the city’s premier neighborhood—quiet, safe, and filled with friendly neighbors who take pride in their homes. What drew us in initially was the peaceful, tree-lined streets and the sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere.
What we enjoy most is the perfect blend of nature and convenience. We're tucked into a serene area with towering oak and maple trees, yet we’re just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, parks, and easy access to Eugene. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch while listening to birdsong and still get to downtown in under 15 minutes.
