Patrick hat uns selber enpfangen und alles super erklärt (auch mit welchen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln man am besten vorankommt). Es ist ein hübsches kleines Zimmer. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage ist super und eher ruhig gelegen. Ca. 10 min von der nächsten Metro entfernt welche Ideal ist um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris anzuschauen inkl. direkte Verbindung nach Versailles.

Es ist eine kleine Wohnung, aber eine gute Lage in Paris. Wir konnten alles mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist es hilfreich, sich rechtzeitig um einen "Navigo-Pass" zu kümmern, auf den man die Tickets lädt für die Fahrten. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit, besonders, dass wir unser Auto (Vivaro, Höhe 1,90m) irgendwo kostengünstig parken konnten, denn die meisten Parkhäuser sind nur bis 1,90m befahrbar oder recht teuer. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien situé

Un espace optimisé et pratique pour un court séjour. Le lit en ascenseur offre un aménagement original, situé à 1 m de hauteur lorsqu'il est descendu et 2m20 environ lorsqu'il est en haut. L'appartement est propre dans l'ensemble, avec quelques détails perfectibles.Le quartier est agréable, avec une grande diversité de restaurants à découvrir. L'accès est facile depuis la gare François Mitterrand (ligne 14 / RER C).Une panne d’eau chaude a eu lieu durant le séjour, mais le gérant a réagi rapidement pour résoudre le problème.Idéal pour un séjour pratique et sans prise de tête de courte durée (2nuits) !

Fonctionnel et accueillant

Le studio, de plain pied qui est en fait une petite maison rénovée au sud est du 13éme arrondissement est très bien équipé.(plein de petites choses dans la cuisine pour agrémenter les repas) Ce quartier en plein devenir à quelques pas de la bibliothèque F.Mitterand, non loin du boulevard des maréchaux et à un jet de pierre du chinawton parisien est sûr, paisible et bien desservi (tram ligne 14 RER C)
