Everything was great about our rental. Exceptional location, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in patio & pickle ball court was just a bonus. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

The Host Max was wonderful! He was quick to answer questions prior to booking. Perfect clean, quiet location with quick access to all the NO attractions. Definately would recommend.

We had a great stay at Max’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Max was also very helpful and made the whole process easy from check-in to check-out. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying with Max!

We loved this house- very close to everything and walking distance to good coffee and other restaurants/grocery. The host, Max, was so sweet to let us drop our bags early before jazz fest. We could not have asked for a better experience! Will stay again.

The property was nice. It was very simple and clean. The location was very convenient for our needs. The host was great at communicating. There was an unexpected occurrence with the thermostat, but the host was very good and trying to fix. While it was not able to be taken care of immediately, he did his very best to speak with me to help. I appreciate all of his help. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Very comfortable and close to our family and great food, shopping and Audubon Park. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the front sitting room and back porch are great places to sit and visit, and the pickleball court was fun!

We had a great stay, our only minor concern, Friday night we were using the porch and pickle ball court when someone in the other side of the house came out to use the court and so we felt pushed out.
