The hosts were very easy to get ahold of if we needed any help with anything and responded quickly to messages. The location is wonderful and in the middle of all the fun! Very family friendly and we had everything we needed.

Overall an excellent location to any action you want. At times the street seemed extra noisy but location made up for it. Great accommodations and plenty of room for a family . Would go back again

Location and Cleanliness

Wonderful, clean and convenient condo within walking distance to almost everything in Arnold’s Park. Jayme was prompt with check in and all additional communication. We enjoyed the pool several times. This property is right off the main highway into town, if you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise may wake you early in the morning.

Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient

We frequent Okiboji and have stayed a number of places over the years. This is a little gem near all of the activities so super convenient and within walking distance to almost everything in Arnold’s Park. The condo is well supplied with things to make your stay comfortable. It’s truly hard to say anything negative about the place as we’d definitely stay again however we missed having an outdoor green space to enjoy the outdoors and hoped the deck would suffice - but it was pretty loud being right off the main road. Having said that, we’d highly recommend this place as all else was great and the hosts were wonderful to work with. Thanks for a nice stay!
