Wonderful place to stay. Close by metro and bus stations. Easy to tongue to all your favorite Paris sites. Host was great with communication. Place was clean and had all amenities needed. Softest bed. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

I have to be honest, even though the host was nice and accommodating , there were some real negatives about this apartment and its location. The description said it was like 30 minutes from CDG airport in Paris; by train it was over an hour and the apartment is more than an hour away from Paris by train. The neighborhood the apartment is in is run-down and kind of dismal. There are no restaurants nearby and the metro is a 15-minute walk. I couldn’t find the lock box to get into apartment complex was. It was not by the front door. The host had to Face Time me to show it was at the end of the block.Once the apartment complex, it is pretty depressing w broken windows. The elevator to the fifth floor where the apartment is can only barely fit one body. If you have suitcases, you have to make one or two additional trips. The apartment itself is ok, but it had been very hot in the week before we arrived and the apartment hadn’t been aired out so it was very uncomfortably hot in the apartment when we entered and there was only one fan which wasn’t enough. The VRBO description said it slept two people, but the sofa in the living room was hard and didn’t pull out so I had to sleep w my 20-year-old son in the one bed which basically takes up the whole bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are very small and the shower is the size of the elevator. When I told VRBO and the host, my son and I couldn’t stay there for the full week we booked, I got less than than a half-refund.
