it was kind of confusing to find which actually made it so much better i loved how it was so secluded and so quiet and how it's so close to my work, literally less than two minutes away as a caregiver, I highly recommend this place for any professional that is traveling and need a place to stay, whether it be overnight or a week and i definitely will be booking again

The neighborhood is very safe. The place was tidy and more than sufficient for my needs.Located only a mile from downtown Anchorage and close to the Port of Anchorage. The host was quick to pop some places to eat after we asked my only suggestion would be to bring a pair of earplugs. You can hear the people upstairs moving around some. There were so many special touches like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, a deck of cards lots of reading materials and popcorn!

This property was advertised as a "studio" apartment. It was much more than that. It was VERY spacious and the floor plan was laid out very well.All appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer) worked without issue. There were no plumbing or electrical issues (i.e., the shower was great and drained well and all of the light fixtures worked).For me, the location was excellent. I had very easy access to downtown Anchorage and greater Anchorage. A parking space for my rental car was provided at the rental property, which was very helpful.I did reach out to Sandra several times with questions and she responded very quickly. The information she provided was extremely helpful and very much appreciated.My two suggestions would be these... 1. It would be helpful to have a small table available immediately after entering the apartment. One could then set down any items that were being carried into the apartment, which would allow a person to change from street shoes into slippers/soft-soled shoes before proceeding further. 2. I do think it would be helpful if the entire apartment (including the refrigerator) had a thorough cleaning. Thank you for helping to make my stay in Anchorage most enjoyable!

Great home away from home

Fabulous location and can walk Downtown in less than 20 minutes along safe sidewalk. Super comfortable bed, one queen. Great shower and lots of spare condiments in kitchen. Overall excellent for reasonable.price.
