Beautiful 2 Bed/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo Overlooking Pool - Includes Beach Chairs

Large Comfortable Condo (1,200 sq ft) on the World's Most Beautiful Beach!

Spacious beachy oceanfront 2-bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. In the living room, the sofa makes into a queen sleeper. A private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, has lovely deck furniture so you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico all day, and watch the sunset in the evening. New in 2023 - a set of beach chairs with umbrella is included for use by our guests!

There is free WiFi throughout the resort and in the condos. We have a 50" Smart TV in the living room, and each of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs and ceiling fans. The condo includes a washing machine and dryer .

Regency Towers Resort is a gated property, with 2 pools (seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, large exercise room, and billiards room. There is a wonderful Tiki bar between the pools with a full menu, and daily entertainment during summer months. Parking is available within the gated property, and an overflow lot directly across the street can be used for RV/boat parking. Beach chairs/umbrellas, jet skis, and parasailing rentals available on beach in front of condo.

This condo has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot on the beach, go for a swim, or spend the day sitting at the beach. Or stay by the pools where ample chairs are available, eat at the Tiki bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available in the area. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. So many wonderful eating places located directly on the beach, and great early-bird special abound. There is a $40 resort fee, which includes one parking pass, payable when you arrive and check in with the resort. An additional parking pass can be purchased for $15.

Great Vacay Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the 6th floor and sitting on the balcony with a perfect view. Everything was great! We could have even stayed another night and wasn’t ready to head home.

Absolutely wonderful! Though the building itself is getting a little dated (it does look like some renovations are underway), this unit has been updated and extremely nice inside. The bed was comfortable and firm, which I liked. The keypad door lock worked flawlessly. No complaints at all. Great stay!

Great place to stay. Loved our room. Elevators were the only negative part of our trip. Only one working out of 3. Suggestion to make 8-10am for ones with luggage have priority.

We had a fabulous stay in this Regency Towers condo. The beds are comfortable, which isn’t always the case in beach rentals. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owner was top notch. We enjoyed food and drinks from Bikini Bobs at the pool. The beautiful white beach and seafood restaurants never disappoint. We will check for availability at this condo when making plans for our next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay.. We had everything we needed for cooking, pots and pans. The view is absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for sitting outside and inside. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. it’s just a short walk to the beach.. very convenient. I will be planning a trip in the future and will definitely stay at 609. Thanks again!

Just what we were looking for!

Excellent place to stay. This condo was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 grown children (age 17 and 20) looking to just be beach bums and relax for the week. Beautiful balcony view with access via master bedroom and living room, which I loved waking up and seeing the ocean from my bed! Occasional long wait for the elevators when we needed them for hauling a lot stuff, but we didn’t seem to mind overall, considering the many times we used them. Loved the tiki bar which served affordable food and drinks with a fun atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean. Included two chase lounger chairs on the beach. Beautiful view of white sandy beaches and emerald green water. Lots of activities were scheduled throughout the week. Overall wonderful stay Laundry room ceiling needs repaired. Oven stove light did not work. Refrigerator tended to have lots of condensation.

We had a great time staying at Regency Towers. Our condo was nice & well furnished. The only problem we had was with some guests who wanted to party until 3 am in the pool area. I couldn’t reach anyone who worked there to enforce the quiet time policy. This was in no way the owner’s fault or responsibility & we would love to stay again.

Wonderful trip

We had a great trip, myself, husband, mom and 3 kids enjoyed this stay. The room was large enough for all of us to spread out and not be on each other’s toes. Had everything we needed to cook, the tiki bar downstairs had anything you would want for a quick lunch. Loved all the poolside activities they had. Very family friendly, and away from all the hussle, but not too far. Everything is a short drive. Will be back for sure! Thanks for a wonderful week 609!

Exactly what I was wanting for my family. Great condo with comfortable beds. Great view from the balcony over looking the pools and beach. Everything we wanted to do or eat was no more then a few minutes away.

Blended Family vacation

The property had a lot to offer such as karokee, bikini Bob's, music by the pool. Elevators were very congested during check in but werent an issue for the remainder of the week.. Floors in the condo had a few spots where sweeping was missed and the shower didn't drain fast enough to keep water from building up in the bathtub. Pillows were very comfortable and the beach chairs and boogie board in the condo were great for the kids! Plenty of utensils and cookware to prepare a full decent meal.. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful condo

The pictures listed on the website give no justice to this place. This condo is beautiful. We arrived at 10 pm and check in process was effortless. The owner answered all questions promptly and was readily available for any questions or concerns. The view of the beach was breathtaking. Perfect condo for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Family PCB vacation during the Corona

Although we had to tuff it out during the Coronavirus and things were much different then we are used to during a vacation we still had an Amazing experience at Our Condo and on our trip. We wore our masks and did everything as safely as we could and came home to KY Coronavirus FREE. We did Rapid tests when we came back. We will definitely come back again to stay at regency tower. We loved our Condo in the 6th floor. The only downfall to the Regency is waiting on the elevators as to some times you have to wait longer then others. But that didn’t ruin our trip. We will be back again! :)

A nice little get away

We love the beach and have been coming to Panama City Beach since 2004 from Minnesota! We purchased our condo in 2014 and have been managing it on our own since 2019. We are happy to be able to share our piece of paradise with our guests.

Why they chose this property

We like this end of the beach because it is a little more quiet and therefore more family friendly. You can walk to the Pier, the state park and fun places to have drinks and/or dinner.
