11 bedrooms & 15,000 sq ft is situated on 5 groomed acres complete with an additional 20,000 sq ft of outdoor living area including expansive decks and patios, fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, hot tub and plenty of outdoor activities.

Originally an elementary school instils a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design with its clean lines, landscape integration & Prairie School architectural style most common to the Midwest.

Having an eclectic and artistic ambiance with its warm and inviting interiors focused on eco-friendly and reclaimed products. Displaying mixed influences sure to appeal to an array of genera’s & cultures.

The estate's interior is comprised of 3 grouped sleeping suites within 2 Wings. The school house wing/suites which is the main quarters and are in the heart of The 3R with 4 bedrooms and the North wing which offers the other 2 sleeping suites. The East with 3 bedrooms and The West with 4 bedrooms. The North wing suites offers more seclusion and feature kitchenettes with stocked mini refrigerators, microwave, and coffee makers featuring Starbucks coffees.

Upon entering the Main Living Quarters you are greeted by a koi pond & around the corner a comfortable bar/lounge. Taking center stage is a custom built bar accompanied by a leather seating area with a retro fireplace, 2 pub tables, and a one of a kind custom wine table seating 10.

A community gourmet kitchen includes all cooking implements and is highlighted with a commercial 8 burner double oven stove, 2 refrigerators, and a smoker looking onto a great room and formal dining room.

Adjacent to the great room is a gymnasium featuring a basketball court. The gym also doubles as an event space with a seating capacity of 150. A state of the art sound system complete with PA system.

A plush movie theater adorned with comfortable sofas focuses of an 18ft movie screen & a 1950s inspired retro ice cream & soda fountain bar stocked with complimentary popcorn, candy concessions, fountain drinks & ice cream.

The formal library features a grand piano & a 2nd antique piano for dueling pianos, floor to ceiling book shelves housing a plethora of reading material and an antique chess board table.
